MONTHLY PAYMENTS due on or before the 15th of every month, with final payment due May 15, 2026.
PAY IN FULL when booking and receive 5% back on the land package.

ROOMMATE: If your roommate is not ready to make his/her deposit, you must register single occupancy. Once your roommate registers (single occupancy), you will be paired and your rates will be adjusted accordingly.
